Red chutney recipe with step-by-step photos and instructions.
Red chutney is a spicy Indian condiment used in the preparations of chaat items like sev puri, bhel puri, ragda patties, dahi vada etc. It is prepared using red chillies, garlic, sugar, salt and water. This condiment looks very appetizing because of its vibrant and fiery red colour.

It is very easy to prepare and requires minimal and easily available ingredients. Also it is a no-cook chutney.
I have used Kashmiri chilli powder as it gives a bright red colour. You can use any regular chilli powder. Kashmiri chilli powder is less hot compared to other chilli powders.
